Le Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel,

Vu la loi n° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 modifiée relative à la liberté de communication, et notamment ses articles 25, 26, 28, 30-1, 30-2, 30-3, 30-4 et 44 ;

Vu la décision n° 2003-309 du 10 juin 2003 modifiée autorisant la société Bolloré Média à utiliser une ressource radioélectrique pour l'exploitation d'un service de télévision à caractère national diffusé en clair par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique dénommé Direct 8 ;

Vu la décision n° 2003-545 du 21 octobre 2003 modifiée autorisant la société Nouvelles Télévisions numériques à utiliser une ressource radioélectrique pour le multiplexage des programmes des éditeurs de services de télévision par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique du réseau R 2 ;

Vu la décision n° 2005-116 du 30 mars 2005 modifiée attribuant à la société nationale de programme France 4 une ressource radioélectrique pour la diffusion par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique du service de télévision à caractère national dénommé France 4 ;

Vu la décision n° 2005-473 du 19 juillet 2005 modifiée autorisant la société d'exploitation d'un service d'information (SESI) à utiliser une ressource radioélectrique pour l'exploitation d'un service de télévision à caractère national diffusé en clair par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique dénommé I-Télé ;

Vu la décision n° 2005-475 du 19 juillet 2005 modifiée autorisant la société Jeunesse TV à utiliser une ressource radioélectrique pour l'exploitation d'un service de télévision à caractère national diffusé en clair par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique dénommé Gulli ;

Vu la décision n° 2005-476 du 19 juillet 2005 modifiée autorisant la société MCM à utiliser une ressource radioélectrique pour l'exploitation d'un service de télévision à caractère national diffusé en clair par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique dénommé Virgin 17 ;

Vu la décision n° 2005-477 du 19 juillet 2005 modifiée autorisant la société BFM TV à utiliser une ressource radioélectrique pour l'exploitation d'un service de télévision à caractère national diffusé en clair par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique dénommé BFM TV ;

Vu la décision n° 2005-893 du 3 novembre 2005 autorisant l'Association de téléchargement hertzien à utiliser une ressource radioélectrique pour l'exploitation d'un service de communications électroniques par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique ;

Vu la décision 2007-539 du 24 juillet 2007 fixant le calendrier de mise en service de fréquences attribuées à des services de télévision à caractère national diffusés par voie hertzienne terrestre en mode numérique ; Après en avoir délibéré,

Décide :
