En application de l'article 10 du décret du 30 décembre 2005 susvisé, les consuls honoraires figurant dans l'annexe jointe au présent arrêté sont habilités à remettre à leur titulaire les passeports délivrés par l'autorité consulaire.

L'arrêté du 8 avril 2011 portant habilitation des consuls honoraires en vue de la remise des passeports à leur titulaire est abrogé.

Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
