1. Sont abrogés :

2. 1° Le décret n° 86-518 du 14 mars 1986 modifiant le code de la construction et de l'habitation et relatif aux offices publics d'aménagement et de construction ;

3. 2° Le décret n° 93-852 du 17 juin 1993 portant règlement statutaire des personnels ne relevant pas du statut de la fonction publique territoriale employés par les offices publics d'aménagement et de construction et portant modification du code de la construction et de l'habitation ainsi que l'annexe à ce décret ;

4. 3° Le décret n° 2006-1132 du 8 septembre 2006 relatif au contrat et aux modalités de cessation de fonctions des directeurs généraux des offices publics d'aménagement et de construction.
