1. A l'exception de son premier alinéa, les dispositions de l'article 2 de l'arrêté du 2 août 2005 susvisé sont remplacées par les dispositions suivantes :

4. « 6e échelon : groupe hors échelle B bis ;
5. « 5e échelon : groupe hors échelle B ;
6. « 4e échelon : groupe hors échelle A ;
7. « 3e échelon : indice brut 1021 ;
8. « 2e échelon : indice brut 971 ;
9. « 1er échelon : indice brut 906. » ;
10. 2° A compter du 1er janvier 2018 :
11. « 7e échelon : groupe hors échelle C ;
12. « 6e échelon : groupe hors échelle B bis ;
13. « 5e échelon : groupe hors échelle B ;
14. « 4e échelon : groupe hors échelle A ;
15. « 3e échelon : indice brut 1027 ;
16. « 2e échelon : indice brut 977 ;
17. « 1er échelon : indice brut 912. ».
