1. Sont abrogés, à compter de la date d'entrée en vigueur du présent décret :
2. 1° Les articles R. 743-1 à R. 743-4 du code de commerce ;
3. 2° Le chapitre III du décret du 29 février 1956 susvisé ;
4. 3° Le décret n° 74-737 du 12 août 1974 relatif aux inspections des études de notaire.
