(1) La réunion plénière du processus de Kimberley, qui s'est tenue à Delhi, a revu la liste des participants qui remplissent les exigences minimales du système de certification du processus de Kimberley.

(2) Les addresses des autorités responsables du processus de Kimberley de certains participants doivent être mises à jour.

(3)

(3) L'annexe II doit dès lors être modifiée en conséquence,

Article 1

L'annexe II du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 est remplacée par l'annexe I du présent règlement.

Article 2

Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
