Le ministre des affaires étrangères et du développement international,
Vu le décret n° 76-548 du 16 juin 1976 relatif aux consuls généraux, consuls et vice-consuls honoraires et aux agents consulaires ;
Vu le décret n° 2005-1726 du 30 décembre 2005 modifié relatif aux passeports, notamment son article 10,
Arrête :
En application de l'article 10 du décret du 30 décembre 2005 susvisé, les consuls honoraires figurant dans l'annexe jointe au présent arrêté sont habilités à remettre à leur titulaire les passeports délivrés par l'autorité consulaire.
L'arrêté du 17 juillet 2014 portant habilitation des consuls honoraires en vue de la remise des passeports à leur titulaire est abrogé.
Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
