1. L'article L. 252-1 du code de l'organisation judiciaire est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :
2. « Le juge des enfants peut être suppléé, en cas d'absence ou d'empêchement, ou remplacé provisoirement par un magistrat du siège désigné par le président du tribunal de grande instance. »
