1. Sont abrogés :
2. 1° Le décret n° 83-3 du 5 janvier 1983 fixant les modalités d'élection des représentants des salariés au conseil d'administration de la Société nationale des chemins de fer français ;
3. 2° Le décret n° 83-38 du 24 janvier 1983 fixant les modalités de désignation des membres du conseil d'administration de la Société nationale des chemins de fer français ;
4. 3° Le décret n° 83-109 du 18 février 1983 relatif aux statuts de la Société nationale des chemins de fer français ;
5. 4° Le décret n° 83-816 du 13 septembre 1983 relatif au domaine confié à la Société nationale des chemins de fer français ;
6. 5° Le décret n° 83-817 du 13 septembre 1983 du 13 septembre 1983 portant approbation du cahier des charges de la Société nationale des chemins de fer français et le cahier des charges qui lui est annexé, à l'exception, dans ce cahier des charges, des articles 6 à 19,32 et 34,43-1 à 43-3,45 à 50 et 52.
