1. Sont abrogés :
2. 1° Le décret n° 2005-138 du 17 février 2005 relatif aux dispositions statutaires communes applicables aux corps des agents techniques des administrations de l'Etat à Mayotte ;
3. 2° Le décret n° 2005-139 du 17 février 2005 relatif aux dispositions statutaires communes applicables aux corps des agents administratifs des administrations de l'Etat à Mayotte ;
4. 3° Le décret n° 2005-143 du 17 février 2005 relatif au statut du corps des surveillants pénitentiaires de l'Etat pour l'administration de Mayotte et fixant les conditions d'intégration des agents titulaires et de titularisation des agents non titulaires de la collectivité départementale de Mayotte mis à disposition des services pénitentiaires dans des corps de la fonction publique de l'Etat ;
5. 4° Le décret n° 2006-1412 du 20 novembre 2006 fixant les conditions d'intégration et de titularisation dans des corps du ministère de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie de certains agents de la collectivité départementale de Mayotte et portant création du corps des agents des douanes pour l'administration de Mayotte.
