1. Le décret n° 2003-426 du 9 mai 2003 relatif à la mise sur le marché des constituants et sous-systèmes assurant la sécurité des remontées mécaniques et le décret n° 2007-934 du 15 mai 2007 relatif au contrôle technique et de sécurité de l'Etat portant sur les remontées mécaniques et les tapis roulants mentionnés à l'article L. 342-17-1 du code du tourisme sont abrogés.
