1. En ce qui concerne les viandes vendues au titre du présent règlement, aucune restitution à l'exportation n'est accordée.
L'ordre de retrait visé à l'article 3 paragraphe 1 point b) du règlement (CEE) no 3002/92, la déclaration d'exportation et, le cas échéant, l'exemplaire de contrôle T 5 sont complétés par la mention suivante:

2. Pour la garantie prévue à l'article 3 paragraphe 2, le respect des dispositions du paragraphe 1 constitue une exigence principale au sens de l'article 20 du règlement (CEE) no 2220/85 de la Commission (11).
