L’annexe II est remplacée par le texte de l’annexe du présent règlement.

(1) Par décision adoptée lors de la réunion plénière qui s’est tenue à Washington en novembre 2012, les participants au processus de Kimberley ont approuvé l’ajout du Panama, du Cambodge et du Kazakhstan à la liste des participants au processus.

(2) Ainsi que le confirme un avis de la présidence du processus de Kimberley du 1er août 2013, les participants au processus de Kimberley ont également approuvé, par procédure écrite, l’ajout du Mali à la liste des participants au processus.

(3) En outre, l’adresse des points de contact de plusieurs participants, qui figure à l’annexe II, doit être actualisée.

(4) Il convient de modifier en conséquence l'annexe II du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002.

(5) Les mesures prévues par le présent règlement sont conformes à l'avis du comité visé à l'article 22 du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002,

Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
