Le ministre de l'Europe et des affaires étrangères,
Vu le décret n° 55-1397 du 22 octobre 1955 modifié instituant la carte nationale d'identité, notamment son article 5 ;
Vu le décret n° 76-548 du 16 juin 1976 relatif aux consuls généraux, consuls et vice-consuls honoraires et aux agents consulaires ;
Vu le décret n° 2005-1726 du 30 décembre 2005 modifié relatif aux passeports, notamment son article 10,
Arrête :
Les consuls honoraires figurant dans l'annexe jointe au présent arrêté sont habilités à remettre à leur titulaire les passeports et les cartes nationales d'identité délivrés par le chef de poste diplomatique ou consulaire.
L'arrêté du 30 juillet 2018 portant habilitation des consuls honoraires en vue de la remise des passeports et des cartes nationales d'identité à leur titulaire est abrogé.
Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
